Welcome to VEBNOX Events (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), an event management and ticketing platform operated by VEBNOX. By accessing or using VEBNOX Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

 

 

1. Definitions

  • Platform refers to VEBNOX Events, including its website, applications, APIs, and services.

  • Organizer refers to individuals, companies, institutions, startups, communities, or entities creating or managing events.

  • User refers to any visitor, attendee, customer, or account holder using the Platform.

  • Ticket refers to any digital or physical access credential issued through the Platform.

  • Services refers to all event-related tools, ticketing systems, payment integrations, analytics, AI tools, seat booking systems, scanner systems, and related technologies provided by VEBNOX Events.

 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You can legally enter into binding agreements.

  • All information you provide is accurate and current.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality.

  • All activities under your account.

  • Providing accurate information.

  • Updating your account information when necessary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

 

 

4. Event Listings & Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers using VEBNOX Events agree that they:

  • Have legal authority to organize and promote events.

  • Are fully responsible for event execution and management.

  • Will provide accurate event details.

  • Will not host illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent events.

  • Will comply with local laws, permits, taxation, safety, and venue regulations.

VEBNOX Events acts only as a technology platform and is not responsible for the actual conduct, quality, cancellation, safety, or legality of events.

 

 

5. Ticket Purchases

When purchasing tickets through the Platform:

  • All sales may be final unless stated otherwise by the Organizer.

  • Pricing, taxes, convenience fees, and service charges may apply.

  • Users must review event details carefully before purchase.

  • Tickets cannot be duplicated, resold illegally, or transferred fraudulently.

VEBNOX Events reserves the right to cancel tickets associated with suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

 

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by the respective Organizer unless otherwise specified.

In case of:

  • Event cancellation,

  • Postponement,

  • Venue change,

  • Technical failure,

refund eligibility will depend on the Organizer’s policy and applicable laws.

Platform fees, payment gateway charges, or service charges may be non-refundable where legally permitted.

 

 

7. Payments

Payments on the Platform may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Payment processing is handled by external providers.

  • VEBNOX Events is not liable for banking or gateway failures.

  • Additional verification may be required for security purposes.

We reserve the right to withhold payouts or suspend transactions in cases involving fraud, disputes, chargebacks, or policy violations.

 

 

8. AI Features & Automation

VEBNOX Events may provide AI-powered tools including:

  • Event content generation,

  • AI analytics,

  • AI dashboards,

  • AI recommendations,

  • Automated workflows,

  • Smart ticketing features.

AI-generated outputs are provided for assistance purposes only. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes from AI-generated suggestions.

 

 

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful activities.

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

  • Distribute malware or malicious code.

  • Manipulate ticket sales or platform systems.

  • Use bots or scraping tools without permission.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

Violation may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, designs, logos, graphics, UI/UX, technology, and features are the intellectual property of VEBNOX unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • Copy,

  • Reproduce,

  • Reverse engineer,

  • Modify,

  • Distribute,

  • Sell,

  • License,

any part of the Platform without written permission.

 

 

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including event descriptions, images, branding, and promotional materials.

By uploading content, you grant VEBNOX Events a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Display,

  • Host,

  • Promote,

  • Process,

  • Reproduce,

such content for platform operations and marketing purposes.

You are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of uploaded content.

 

 

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

  • Payment gateways,

  • Analytics providers,

  • Social media platforms,

  • AI services,

  • Communication tools.

VEBNOX Events is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, policies, or damages caused by external providers.

 

 

13. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Modify features,

  • Perform maintenance,

  • Restrict access,

  • Upgrade systems,

  • Suspend services temporarily,

without prior notice.

 

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEBNOX Events and VEBNOX shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,

  • Revenue loss,

  • Data loss,

  • Event-related disputes,

  • Personal injury,

  • Business interruption,

  • Ticket fraud caused by third parties,

  • Organizer misconduct.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

 

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEBNOX, its team, affiliates, partners, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform,

  • Your events,

  • Your content,

  • Your violations of these Terms.

 

 

16. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated,

  • Fraudulent activity is detected,

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
